Much like an in chambers conference, a telephone conference allows you to personally describe the nature of the dispute and situation, it also allows multiple parties to ‘attend’ the conference and at a time convenient to all. You can also then elect to have a written opinion after the conference so that you have a permanent record of what was discussed and counsel’s advice and conclusions.
