This is the most common form of counsel’s opinion as you can keep it on file and refer back to it at any stage. It also means that the opinion can then be easily discussed with other legal professionals, surveyors or any other person you choose to share it with.
A written opinion is returned in Microsoft Word or an Adobe PDF, ensuring compatibility with any computer system and the ability to cut, copy and remove parts of the advice for presenting to other parties whom you do not wish to see the advice in its entirety.
